Our model emphasizes predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and allowing surgeons to focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital-based setting. This position supports a Level II Trauma Center and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic trauma team in a collaborative, well-supported environment. The practice provides a balanced mix of operative and non-operative trauma care while maintaining a strong commitment to quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
