JOB DETAILS * Position: Locum Tenens Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician * Location: Mansfield, Ohio * Setting: Hospital and outpatient clinic * Start Date: July 13, 2026 * Assignment Length: 13 weeks * Schedule: Occasional weekdays in clinic and 1 weekend per month for call * Shift Length: 8-hour days * Hours per Week: 40 * Weekly Pay: $8,750 - $9,370 * Practice Mix: Clinic coverage 2-3 days per week, 1 gynecology surgery day, with optional weeknight and weekend call * Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC * Patient Volume: Approximately 22 clinic patients per day; about 1 delivery per day while on call * Orientation: 16 hours * Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months, with emergency privileges available JOB REQUIREMENTS * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Active Ohio medical license or IMLC LOQ only * DEA registration required * Current BLS certification required * Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN physician experience required * Ability to provide full-scope women’s health and obstetric care * Experience with a broad range of gynecologic and surgical procedures * Comfort working in both clinic and hospital settings RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in clinic and hospital settings * Manage routine and complex women’s health visits * Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures as needed * Support labor and delivery coverage, including call responsibilities * Perform procedures such as hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, laparotomies, salpingectomies, and VBAC care * Collaborate with medical assistants and in-house anesthesia to support patient care * Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population of women ages 18-65+ * Use EPIC to document patient encounters and coordinate care efficiently WHY MANSFIELD, OHIO?
