Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urgent Care in Joplin, MO - Specialty: Urgent Care - Family Medicine or IM/Peds Hospital Location: Urgent Care clinics between Joplin and Springfield, MO Dates: April 1 - ongoing Shift Times: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (12 hour shifts) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts) Availability: Up to 14 shifts per month Description: Provider must see patients 6 months and up for urgent care needs Procedures: Suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs. Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Gastroenterology in Southhaven, MS - COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Gastroenterology (GI) * Start as soon as privileged - ongoing POSITION DETAILS Gastroenterology (GI) * Inpatient * Mon-Fri: 8a-5p with evening and weekend call * They will accept candidates who just want to work the day shift or just want to work evening and weekend call. Will have the option to do both if desired * Will see new consults and perform procedures during the day * Average 5-10 new consults per day * The current GI hospitalist averages about 60 colonoscopies and EGDs weekly.
