Providers will work regular hours in the clinic and are on call in the evening. It should be billed as regular hours during the day and then night call on weekdays. The weekends are 24hr call. NOTE: physician is expected to respond by phone ONLY and would not be "called back" onsite after hours or on the weekend. No call back should apply! • Dates of Need: Full time need • Shift Times: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm • Lunch TBD 1 hour lunch unpaid • Provider Min # Shifts Required: 4 weeks per month • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 hours per day • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 10 hours per day (All OT should be preapproved by your clinic manager (Marci D). Please consider starting to ensure your provider has all of these items to ensure they can qualify for privileges at the time of confirmation. o All HBS specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty. o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained. o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties. ________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL DETAILS If the provider has a clean file, we can pursue temporary privileges for a September start.
