This correctional facility delivers outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment in Show Low, Arizona. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by an on-site medical director. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Show Low, Arizona, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass primary and chronic care management for the adult patient population within a structured correctional environment. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
