This facility operates as a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic delivering outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in Arizona. The clinic maintains established clinical protocols consistent with IHS delivery standards and retains a full support staff to facilitate efficient and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent primary care services for the patient population served.

Arizona offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests, including desert recreation, regional festivals, and access to natural and cultural landmarks throughout the state. The region provides opportunities for food tours, visits to museums, and outdoor activities among a broad selection of available experiences. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a government Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
