Physician Assistant Job Requirements

• Board Certified Physician Assistant credential required
• Active Ohio license required
• BLS certification required
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience in hospital-based or inpatient gastroenterology care preferred
• Strong clinical skills in consults, follow-up visits, and procedural preparation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced adult inpatient setting

Gastroenterology Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient gastroenterology consults and follow-up care
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for endoscopy procedures
• Collaborate with the care team to support efficient patient flow
• Document clinical encounters accurately in EPIC
• Deliver high-quality care to an adult patient population
• Maintain clear communication with the broader clinical team throughout each shift
