This clinic delivers primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility operates with established protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery, with 6 other clinicians and medical assistants available on-site to facilitate daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Phoenix, Arizona offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests, including the Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Zoo, and Papago Park, as well as museums such as the Musical Instrument Museum and Phoenix Art Museum. Clinicians on assignment may also enjoy outdoor activities such as ATV desert tours, hot air balloon rides over the Sonoran Desert, and hikes through the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. Day trips to destinations such as Sedona, approximately two hours away, and the Grand Canyon provide access to notable scenic landscapes and guided tour options.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages during day shift hours at an on-site facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with an expected caseload of 18-20 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the management of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.
