This 25-bed facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services within an ER setting, maintaining established clinical protocols to support continuous patient care delivery. The facility operates with a support team that includes CNMs, nurses, anesthesia personnel, and administrative staff to facilitate day-to-day clinical operations. Clinical activities are conducted on-site in accordance with structured workflows for 24-hour call coverage.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) at an on-site ER facility in Iowa, covering designated periods in October, November, and December through early January. Clinical responsibilities encompass ER obstetric and gynecologic care delivered during each assigned call period, with continuous on-site availability required throughout all designated coverage dates. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
