This acute care inpatient facility in Ohio maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support locum tenens vascular surgery coverage. The facility is not a trauma-designated location and operates on-site to ensure coordinated patient care throughout each assigned coverage period. On-site resources are in place to facilitate quality surgical care delivery across all assigned dates.

Ohio offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and recreational opportunities throughout the state. Cultural destinations include the National Museum of the US Air Force, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, as well as Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Outdoor enthusiasts may explore trail systems such as the Scioto Mile in Columbus or pursue activities including canoeing, kayaking, and zip-lining in the Hocking Hills area, where trail loops such as the Old Man's Cave-Cedar Falls-Ash Cave route extend across scenic terrain.

The vascular surgeon will provide daily rounding and 24-hour call coverage at an inpatient acute care facility in Ohio from August 7, 2026 through August 10, 2026. Clinical responsibilities include post-operative care for all types of vascular patients, emergency surgical intervention for vascular cases, and management of consults and referrals from the emergency department and all hospital clinicians. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and the position is conducted entirely on-site. Board certification in Vascular Surgery is required for consideration.
