Requirements Cadillac-Psych (Munson Medical Center HM) Facility: Cadillac-Psych, Munson Medical Center HM, Traverse City, MI. Privileging timeframe: 90–120 days. EMR: Cerner. Clinical Experience Preferred: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the requested specialty.New graduates accepted through the facility's new graduate training programme. Licensure Active, unrestricted Michigan medical licence.Michigan controlled substance licence.DEA with Michigan address and schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V. Board Certification Board Eligible or Board Certified through ABMS or AOA.Residency requirement: ABIM or ABFM accepted. Required Certifications ACLS (AHA only).Immunisation RequirementsFlu vaccine (current season/year).MMR: 2-dose series, positive titer, or documented immunity.Varicella: 2 vaccinations, positive titer, or immunity.Hepatitis B: vaccine series, positive titer, or documentation or signed decline form.TB screening: two-step PPD or QuantiFERON completed within 60 days of first shift. Positive results require chest X-ray clearance.redentialing / ComplianceCase logs required: Previous 2 years of encounter/procedure/case logs with CPT codes (Excel or summary format).Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M.Expedited privileges: No.Privileging timeframe: 90–120 days.Additional NotesFacility will not accept ABPS boards Rates are included with the existing Munson Medical Center HM shift rate structure.
