PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric
  
• Average Daily Volume: 5 IP, 15-20 OP
  
• Case Mix: Electrophysiology (ablations, ICD, pacemaker, cardioversions, TEEs)
  
• % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 60/40
  

• EMR System: Epic
  

• Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks
  

• Board: BC in Cardiology
  
• Licenses: Active IN license, IMLC or eligibility to apply
  
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post‑residency
  
• Others: Completed fellowship in Cardiology/EP
  

• Perform EP procedures including ablations, ICD implantations, pacemaker insertions, cardioversions, and TEEs.
  
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
  
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 5 inpatients and 15–20 clinic patients per day.
  
• Collaborate with support staff and utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
  
• Maintain a no‑call schedule with weekday clinic and hospital rounding.
