Start Date: As soon as credentialed End date: 6-12 month contract Reason for Coverage: While site recruit and summer vacations. Practice Setting: Inpatient only at both STF and STM Schedule: 8-hour days Monday-Friday potential call and 24-hour shifts Call Schedule: TBD Call Ratio: TBD Tier 1: Hourly: 220 and below Weekend hourly: 260 and below Night call: 550 and below 24h call: 1550 and below Callback: 300 and below Tier 2: Hourly: 221 - 240 Weekend hourly: 261 - 280 Night call: 551 - 600 24h call: 1551 - 1700 Callback: 301 - 320 ABOUT THE SITE Average Number of Patients Per Day: 10 EMR: EPIC Trauma Level: Level 1 Will provider be working autonomously: Yes Supervising physician present during assignment: No- NO NEW GRADS Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent/Adult/Geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Want to start by mid-late July REQUIRED DUTIES Pre-Op Physical ExamsSuture RemovalDiagnose IllnessesTreat IllnessesOrder TestsInterpret TestsAssist in SurgeryWrite PrescriptionsCoordination of CareRounding REQUIRED PROCEDURES Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis CathetersPlacement of Arterial Lines and Intra-Aortic Balloon PumpsEndoscopic Retrieval**NO BALLOON PUMPS**
