About the Position

Occupational Medicine Clinician (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) | Colorado

Location: Colorado

Schedule: Coverage needed July 29, 2026. Hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Position Overview

• Occupational medicine clinic coverage including DOT physicals, work related injury care, and low volume urgent care or primary care.
• Typical patient volume is approximately 12 to 16 patients per day.

Clinical Scope

• Adults only (18 plus).
• Injury care and suturing experience strongly preferred.
• Musculoskeletal injury experience strongly preferred.
• EMR: Systoc.

Required Qualifications

• Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with occupational medicine, urgent care, ER, or sports medicine background.
• Active state license in Colorado.
• BLS required.
• DEA required.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Colorado DOWC Level I accreditation highly preferred.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Travel and Lodging

• This is a local only assignment. Travel and lodging are not provided.

Onboarding

• Credentialing and onboarding timeframe is typically 1 to 3 days (clean file dependent).
