Specialty Accepted:Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner 
Start Date or Shifts Requested: October 17th, 18th– Ongoing Per Diem shifts
Schedule: 8am-5pm

Job Details

• Practice Setting: Urgent Care / Occ Med Clinic
• Typical Cases: DOT OccMed, Physicals, low volume Primary Care / Urgent Care
• Requirements: BLS, DEA, and DOT Highly preferred
• Ages: 18+
• PPD: 12-16
