• 12 or 24-hour shifts -- no call, all coverage is in-house
• 10 patients per shift
• Level III NICU setting
• Procedures: intubation, chest tubes, umbilical lines, PICC lines
• Flight transport required -- occurs approximately 1 - 2 times per year
• Temp-to-perm candidates considered
• NRP and BLS certification required
