About the Position

Our client is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in California, commencing Jul 27, 2026. This vital role involves covering two outpatient primary care locations, with shifts varying between 8a-5p and 8a-7p. The Nurse Practitioner will manage a diverse adult patient panel, primarily 23-100 years of age (bulk 40-70), focusing on general primary care duties including acute illness management, chronic condition support, and preventive care, serving a patient population that is 60% Spanish-speaking.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover two outpatient primary care locations
• Provide care for adult patients, generally between 23 and 100 years of age
• Manage a patient population that is 60% Spanish-speaking
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Address conditions such as colds, coughs, and flu
• Administer vaccinations and conduct physicals
