About the Position

Our client in Arizona is actively seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 364-day assignment, commencing on Aug 10, 2026. This role requires providing comprehensive direct and indirect medical care to meet patient needs, formulating diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, evaluating patients, and managing medical emergencies throughout daily shifts from 6:30a to 4:00p. The physician will also contribute to educational and training activities.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility
  • Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens
  • Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
  • Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Coordinate, lead and participate in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients


Additional Information

  • Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • EMR System: TechCare
  • Case Mix: Typical urgent care and family practice cases, including suturing and basic procedures like I&Ds
  • Shift Schedule: Daily shifts from 6:30a to 4:00p
