Requirements **ABEM required for this location.** ED with combined EM/UC at a tertiary level II hospital. Looking for a locum with availability starting in Sept. Around 5-8 shifts/month. If this location fills it's perm position, there is a possibility to move locum to different location. Specific open dates we are needing coverage: 9/15, 9/16, 9/17: 1800-0600 9/24 and 9/25: 1800-0600 10/3, 4: 0600-1800 10/18-21: 1800-0600 Variable shifts: 6a-6p, 6p-6a and 10a-10p. The locum will typically be scheduled for a 12 hour shift. APC: There is at least one APC in urgent care from 730a-12a there are several overlapping shifts. ***Marshfield requires that provider must utilize "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS.**** Note the first day will be dedicated to orientation and would be on a Monday if that that works out with scheduling/availability.
