About the Position

Permanent Primary Care NP/PA around Brooklyn, NY

• Full-time Perm
• Responsible for treatment plans for lower acuity illnesses, diagnostic/screening evaluations, and emphasizing/educating patients on preventive care and a healthy lifestyle
• Schedule - 4-5 days a week from 9 am - 5:30 pm
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish
• Have a New York license in Hand and board-certified 
• Patients per day: 25-35
