Position Highlights
- Autonomous practice with a wide scope of anesthesia care

- Full-time schedule of 80 hours bi-weekly
- Time-and-a-half pay for hours worked beyond 80 hours per pay period
Multiple shift options available, including:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 16-hour OR shifts
- 24-hour trauma shifts
- Minimal call responsibilities:
- No traditional call
- Approximately 4–5 evening (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) shifts annually
- One weekend shift per month
- Professional development opportunities, including mentoring Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists
Case Mix: Enjoy a diverse and stimulating practice with exposure to: General Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Robotics and Gastroenterology.
Annual Volume: Approximately 12,000 surgical cases annually across two sites. More than 700 cardiac procedures are performed each year.
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Board Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active Florida APRN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- ATLS certification required for providers participating on the trauma team
