• Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,360-$5,750
• Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Robust clinical support including MAs, RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health resources

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of physician experience required
• Board Certified in Pediatrics preferred; Board Eligible considered with strong clinical background
• Active California medical license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Experience using Epic required
• Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
• DEA registration required
• Clean malpractice and background history preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric care in a busy outpatient clinic environment
• Evaluate and manage approximately 18 patients per day
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services with attention to preventive health and ongoing patient wellness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic
• Work flexibly across assigned clinic locations while maintaining continuity and an excellent patient experience
• Communicate clearly with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
