About the Position

• Requirements: Active NY License or willingness to obtain, Board Certified.  
• Schedule: 
  • Start: September 1, 2026 & ongoing.
  • Monday–Friday Clinic (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Rotating after hours call (5p - 8a)
  • OR: Approximately 1 OR day per week with 4 cases per OR day

• Clinic approximately 14 patients per day
• Dedicated OR block time
• Required to do inpatient consults as needed
• Emergency Department consults required
• Weekend and after-hours facial trauma call
• Approximately 1:3 overnight call rotation
• Sole call coverage when assigned
• 45-minute response time required for call.
• Level I Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic
