About the Position

• Requirements: Active Arizona License & DEA
• Position: Primary Care Physician

 
Primary Care Physician- Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Arizona. The clinician will be required to hold an active Arizona State license & DEA.
 

• Schedule: 40 Hours per week 4-10's or 5-8's
• Compensation: $150/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
• Location: Winslow, Arizona
• Start Date: Late August/Early September
• Working with an Underserved Population
• No Calls or Weekends
