About the Position

Position Overview 

A respected Massachusetts community hospital is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for ongoing locum tenens in-house call coverage.

This inpatient-only assignment offers low daily patient volume, excellent hospital support, Cerner EMR, and a predictable call schedule with multiple weekend coverage opportunities throughout the fall. Physicians will provide inpatient consultations, emergency urologic care, admissions, rounding, and operative intervention when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to supplement their practice with premium weekend call coverage in New England.

Provider Compensation

• $4,500 per 24-hour in-house call
• Includes the first 2 callback hours
• $450/hour callback thereafter

• August–December 2026 coverage

• Average 0–1 patients per 24-hour call
