      - For 6 months
• Patient Volume: 20
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 medical physicists and 3 Dosimetrists.
• Case Mix: Various oncologic disease states
• Duties: Oversee treatments, new consults, follow ups, planning, status checks, tumor conference participation.
• Required Procedures: SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active KY License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS
• DEA (can do a prescription plan if not issued by start date)
• Clean record
• Available to cover the dates
• ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred)
• Local (preferred)
