About the Position

Interventional Cardiology Physician | Arizona

Location: Arizona

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend coverage may be required as needed.

Position Overview

• Interventional cardiology coverage in an inpatient and consult setting.
• Responsibilities include STEMI coverage and consults, cardiac procedures as applicable, and inpatient rounding.
• Typical patient population includes adults, with a higher acuity population common to inpatient settings.

Clinical Details

• Procedures and skills may include cardiac catheterization and related interventions, diagnostic studies, and inpatient consult management.
• TEE experience may be preferred based on site needs.
• EMR: Cerner.

Required Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible Interventional Cardiologist.
• Active state license in Arizona.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
