Requirements Aug 17-Oct 24 Full-time requested Facility: Flagstaff Medical Center Specialty: Electrophysiology APP Shift Details: Hospital Shifts and possible clinic shifts 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month minimum Work Details: · Support Staff: EP physician · Patients per day: Variable in hospital/ 14 patients in clinic · Patient Population/Age: adult · Department Description: Very busy department needing someone to see follow-ups post-ops post-device checks same day appointments and procedure follow-ups as well as hospital coverage and support for EP · EMR: Cerner · Skills Required: Ample experience with electrophysiology Practice Setting: • Clinic Requirements: · Board Certification: NP or PA cert required · License Required: active AZ preferred will look at licensing · DEA: required · Minimum Experience Required: 1 year working in EP Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
