With our wide case mix and Level I Trauma designation you’ll gain exposure to diverse and complex patient populations. • EMR: Epic • Hospital bed size: 593 beds • Special procedures: Cardiac Practice Setting: Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist • License required: PA license or IMLC LOQ • DEA: no • Certifications required: ACLS PALS • Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Can expedited credentialing be approved? with leadership approval temps avail with clean file fixed Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 06:15 - 16:45
