About the Position

Anesthesiologist

Location: Virginia
Schedule: 10 hour or 12 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with call coverage as outlined in the order details

Position Overview
Provide anesthesiology coverage in a hospital setting that includes general and vascular case mix, with orthopedic and regional anesthesia requirements. Call is required with weekday and weekend rotation as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope

• Case mix includes general, vascular, and other services as outlined in the order details
• Regional anesthesia required
• Orthopedic volume requiring block proficiency
• Call includes third call rotation, weekday call blocks 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and weekend call blocks 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM as outlined in the order details
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active Virginia medical license
• Ability to take call as outlined in the order details

Credentialing

Travel and Lodging

• Travel and lodging are provided as outlined in the order details
