Location: Illinois
Schedule: 8 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Openings: 2

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in a care team model with physician anesthesiologist supervision. Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, and obstetrics.

Clinical Scope

• Case types: General, Ortho, OB
• Supervision model with MD involvement; ratio approximately 1:2 to 1:3
• Operating rooms: 5 anesthesia rooms
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Illinois license
• BLS and ACLS

Credentialing

• Estimated privileging timeframe: approximately 60 days
• Accelerated privileges may be available for qualified candidates

Travel and Lodging

• Travel and lodging support is available as outlined in the order details
