• 6 - 7 shifts per month
• 24hr call shifts -- inhouse 7 am - 3 pm, then on-call 16 hrs
• Out-of-house call model from hotel
• Coverage across three NICU locations
• Level II and Level III NICUs
• Always maintained 2:1 provider coverage
