• Patient Volume/Census: Up to 21 patients/day
  
• Case Mix: Community Health Center, vulnerable populations, migrants, refugees
  

• EMR System: Epic
  

• Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks
  

• Licenses: Active WA license required
  
• Board: BC/BE in Pediatrics
  
• DEA: Active WA DEA required
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (to be discussed/determined during credentialing)
  
• Experience: Clean background, experienced with Epic
  
• Other Qualifications: COVID and Flu vaccination required
  

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from newborns to age 18 in an outpatient community health center setting.
  
• Manage a high-volume patient schedule, seeing up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation and patient charting.
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
  
• Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population, including migrants and refugees.
