We see an annual volume of just over 30,000 patients. We are staffed with board certified emergency medicine physicians. Physician coverage ranges from single to triple coverage throughout the day. Shifts are 10 hours. We use EPIC for our EMR. We are a level 3 trauma center. Most specialties are covered with the exception of Neurosurgery/Neurology (25% coverage), GI (80% coverage), and currently orthopedics (90% coverage - short term). We have tele-stroke physicians for stroke activations and a 24/7 cardiac cath lab. We are seeking one locum provider to cover 11-15 shifts each month (11 on 30 day months and 15 on 31 day months), beginning in September. The shift times vary as this is the ER, but our shift times are: 6a-4p 8a-6p 12p-10p 3p-1a 9p-6a We will be offering a $25 per hour incentive for night shifts confirmed for providers. All day shifts will stay at our contracted rates. Please present the provider at the contracted rates and we will ensure this is tied to confirmed providers confirmation agreements. *Our coverage needs start in September and in order to have a provider onboarded by that point, providers must have a clean file without NPDB reports or other red flags. Providers must be able to return priv app within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note: presentation review and phone screenings will be completed by an emergency room physician.
