About the Position

Anesthesiologist

Location: Pennsylvania
Schedule: 10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional weekday call as needed, as outlined in the order details

Position Overview
Provide anesthesiology coverage in a physician led model supervising CRNAs in a hospital setting. Regional anesthesia skills are required due to high orthopedic volume.

Clinical Scope

• Physician coverage supervising approximately 1:3 rooms, max 1:4 as outlined in the order details
• Regional anesthesia required, including nerve blocks for orthopedic cases
• Case mix includes vascular, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and urology as outlined in the order details
• ACLS and PALS required as outlined in the order details
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active Pennsylvania license required to present
• ACLS and PALS

Credentialing

• Credentialing is typically around 90 days; temporary privileges may be available for clean files as outlined in the order details

Travel and Lodging

• Travel and lodging are provided as outlined in the order details
