Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: ABMS/AOA Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine only. If Board Eligible, certification must be obtained within 5 years post residency/fellowship training.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Georgia State Medical License; DEA with Georgia address.
