Requirements Service Line: EM Position Title: Emergency Medicine Physician. Location: Piedmont Macon Medical Center - EM , Macon , Georgia Patient Volume: 40,000Hospital Beds: 310ED Beds: 30Great Specialty supportPHY Coverage: 38 hrsNP/PA Coverage 24 hrsEMR: Epic W/ Dragon and Dax available Education/Training: Completed Residency at an accredited ACGME institution Clinical Experience: Unknown License: Active & unrestricted GA State medical license; DEA with GA address Board Certification: ABMS/AOA certified or Board eligible in EM only. If BE, must be obtained 5 years post residency/fellowship training. Merit Badge: ACLS, PALS, & ATLS. If ABEM, then ATLS not required. Immunizations: TB, Flu (during season) Case Log: Clinical activity for the past 2 years CME/CEU: 2 year summary or certificates. 20 per year. Specific Facility Procedures: Unknown Malpractice Coverage: $100K/$300K Additional Details: NPPA Supervision required. Pre-application is required and to be paid by the MDDO. Temps are considered but only after the CVO releases the file and must be reviewed at the CC meeting. Physicians must update their GCMB profile with the new GA site address or they cannot be a Collaborative Physician.
