An established community hospital in Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician for ongoing 24-hour beeper call coverage. This opportunity offers a light inpatient volume, collaborative nursing support, expedited credentialing, and excellent compensation for physicians seeking flexible call coverage.

Ideal for physicians looking to supplement an existing practice or work recurring locum call assignments.

• Coverage Begins: August 10, 2026
• Ongoing assignment
• 24-hour beeper call
• Inpatient pediatric coverage
• Light patient volume
• Temporary privileges available
• Approximately 10-day credentialing
• MEDHOST EMR
• Tennessee license required
• Fellowship preferred but not required
• Multiple providers may be utilized
• 30-minute response time

• Provide 24-hour pediatric call coverage
• Evaluate and admit pediatric patients
• Round on unassigned pediatric inpatients
• Respond to emergency pediatric consultations
• Perform newborn and pediatric airway management as needed
• Coordinate inpatient pediatric care
• Document encounters in MEDHOST
• Collaborate with hospital nursing staff
