About the Position

Are you a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Pennsylvania might be the perfect fit for you!

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts (8:30am-7pm) and 12-hour shifts (6:30am-7pm; 7am start on Thursdays). No call requirement. No guaranteed hours. Lunch not included — provider must clock in and out for lunch.
• Job Setting: Outpatient; Large academic hospital 
• Types of Cases: General anesthesia (adult and pediatric, ages 5 and up), orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, ENT. No hearts, OB, or blocks. Medical direction model; CRNA/anesthesiologist ratio of 2:1 or 3:1.
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges are not available. Penn State does not accept IMLC. Malpractice insurance provided by vendor. Please provide references upfront when submitting bids.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified (Certified) required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required. Minimum 1 year of experience required (must have at least 1 year of experience by the time credentialing is complete).
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Pennsylvania (PA). IMLC not accepted. DEA license not required for CRNAs in PA.
