• 7-day shifts -- 24-hour coverage schedule
• 6 pm - 7 am overnight rural hospital coverage
• Typically 0 - 1 calls per night
• 3 - 5 new patients plus 3 - 5 follow-up rounds per shift
• Telehealth coverage available 6 pm - 7 am
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
