• Medical Director role with 80% clinical and 20% administrative responsibilities
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 1:5 call rotation
• Hospital-employed position with comprehensive compensation and benefits
• Minimum of 5 years of Hematology and Oncology clinical experience required
• Prior leadership experience required for this dyad partnership role
• On-site Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Breast Surgery services
• Academic affiliation with an Internal Medicine and General Surgery residency program
• Located in Florida with no state income tax and year-round coastal lifestyle
