• Board: Board Certified: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (for physicians); for NP: ACNP, PA, or FNP with hospitalist experience
• Licenses: Active Michigan License, MI DEA, and Controlled Substance license
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required
• Experience: Hospitalist experience required for FNP candidates
• Other Qualifications: Must have actual state license and MI DEA and CS in hand, must be board certified

• Provide comprehensive hospitalist care for adult and pediatric patients in a Med/Peds model
• Manage high acuity patients in the step-down unit
• Participate in rapid response and code teams
• Perform admissions, discharges, and rounding during swing shift (3P–3A)
• Collaborate with specialty teams for optimal patient care
