• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or BC in FM/IM with 5 years EM experience at 30k+ annual volume
• Licenses: Active Indiana license, IN DEA, IN CSR
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CSR required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS
• Experience: 2 years EM experience for BC EM; 5 years EM experience for BC FM/IM

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED.
• Manage an average of 57 patients per day with 15% EMS and 8% admission rate.
• Perform emergency procedures as required (intubation, central lines, etc.).
• Collaborate with full specialty backup and support staff (MDs, NPs, PAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR and work 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a).
