• 24hr call shifts -- orthopedic surgery call coverage
• 1 - 2 patients seen per 24hr call shift
• Fractures, sports, and general orthopaedics cases
• No spine cases -- bread and butter orthopaedic cases
• 20-minute call response time via beeper
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement skills required
• Joint revision or repair -- hip, knee, and shoulder required
• Leave coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
