• 24-hour shifts -- 12 shifts per month required
• Call from hotel after rounding; must respond for emergencies
• 2 - 7 patients per shift; 1 - 3 average daily admissions
• Inpatient pediatric care setting
• Level II NICU and newborn nursery experience required
• Board certification in pediatrics required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
