Position Highlights

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
  • DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
