Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
- Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Collaborate with specialists and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
