Tiffin, Ohio Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is seeking an OB/GYN to support on-call coverage at a regional hospital in Tiffin, Ohio, supporting labor & delivery, gynecology, and emergency surgical services.

This opportunity offers providers the flexibility to perform OB/GYN-related procedures, including cesarean sections and scheduled D&C operations, within a hospital environment featuring 10 LDRP beds and a general obstetric/gynecologic caseload.

Providers will participate in hospital ER, GYN, and labor & delivery call responsibilities on designated date ranges, with no set shift length or weekly hours specified. Credentialing is expected within 60–90 days, dependent on application processing, with the possibility of emergency temporary privileges for providers with a clean background, Ohio license, and DEA registration.

• Hospital setting with 10 LDRP beds, 3 postpartum beds, and 1 triage bed
• No special care nursery; 2–5 nursery admissions daily
• Practice involves 2 physicians and 5 CNMs
• Approximately 40–50% gynecologic cases; 15–35% cesarean sections
• Documentation in EPIC EMR
• No specific shift length, weekend, or holiday obligations

Requirements

• MD degree
• Active Ohio medical license
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Ability to perform cesarean sections and OB/GYN surgeries
• Willingness to obtain credentialing within 60–90 days
• Emergency temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean background, Ohio license, and DEA
