Rhino Medical is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens role supporting a freestanding emergency department in Port St. Lucie, FL. This position involves providing emergency care for a level 3 or 4 patient mix, including pediatric and adult patients, across 12-hour day and night shifts.

Practice Environment
The emergency department serves as a dedicated outpost for emergency care with approximately 2-3% admission rates. Coverage & Schedule
- 12-hour shifts supporting both day and night coverage
- No specific weekends or holidays required
- Staffing includes one additional EM provider per shift
- Support staff includes nurses and radiology staff
Clinical Responsibilities
- Emergency evaluation, stabilization, and management of pediatric and adult patients
- Care for level 3 and 4 patient severity with no trauma designation
- Document procedures as required
- Collaborate with nursing and radiology teams
- Support a broad clinical case mix within an emergency setting
Candidate Requirements
- MD degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
- BC or BE in Emergency Medicine
- Must meet specified clinical certifications
- Procedures log required (may be needed)
- Experience in emergency medicine at freestanding EDs preferred
