Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM/AOBEM Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Conway, Arkansas.

This physician-led Emergency Department provides meaningful pathology without overwhelming throughput, supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers, comprehensive specialty consultation, and a collaborative hospital culture focused on delivering exceptional emergency care.

Emergency Department Profile

Physicians practice within a modern community emergency department serving central Arkansas with an excellent balance of acuity, efficiency, and physician autonomy.
Highlights include:

• Approximately 91 patients per day
• EMS arrivals: 16.9%
• Admission rate: 20.1%
• 20 dedicated ED treatment rooms
• Level III Trauma designation
• Collaborative physician and APP staffing model
• Strong inpatient and specialty consultation

This environment provides an outstanding mix of medical, surgical, trauma, cardiac, pediatric, orthopedic, and critical care presentations while maintaining an efficient patient flow and excellent physician support.

Schedule
Multiple 12-hour and 9-hour physician shifts are available throughout the week.
Coverage includes:
Monday–Thursday

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Friday–Sunday

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Physicians need only commit to three shifts per month, providing exceptional scheduling flexibility.

You'll join a collaborative emergency medicine program supported by experienced nursing teams, Advanced Practice Providers, and a comprehensive network of hospital specialists.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active Arkansas Medical License
• Emergency Medicine Residency Trained
• Board Certified or Board Eligible:
  • ABEM
  • AOBEM
• Current ACLS
• ATLS
