Requirements Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for Poinciana Hospital. Site Directors will phone interview potential locum providers and answer any questions at that time Providers who are not EM boarded need at least 3 years of EM experience in order to get credentialed at Poinciana Locum need is for equivalent of 2 FTE's Locum providers must be flexible to work days nights and weekends Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts
